FSOE Recordings: Taking Uplifting EDM to a Whole New Level

Every once in a while we’re enthralled by something really special. From a spine-tingling melody to an eye-opening, body-shaking beat, we’ve all encountered moments of pure bliss with the ever so evolving trance genre. 2009 witnessed one of these moments as Egyptian super duo Aly & Fila kicked off their very own trance sub-label – Future Sound Of Egypt Recordings.

Off springing from Offshore Music which is administered by Andy Prinz Pro Audio Publishing, FSOE Recordings is the brainchild of trance superstars Aly & Fila. A trance label with an aspiration of becoming one of the leading melodic and uplifting trance labels in the EDM scene, FSOE Recordings is already on its way.

Known for their pumping beats and massive uplifting sounds, Aly & Fila are continuing in the same direction of purely establishing their unique uplifting sound by also signing on some of the very best in the uplifting/melodic trance scene and unearthing hidden talents. The first major release on the label featured Dutch duo Vast Vision with their masterpiece Everything, with the massive Aly & Fila remix making the rounds and paving way for more mouth watering releases. With Vast Vision along their ranks, FSOE Recordings boasts heavyweights like Akesson and Andy Prinz as well as upcoming talents Philippe El Sisi, Mark Andrez, Brave, Neptune Project, Henrik Christensen, Mohamed Ragab, Den Rize and Johan Ekman.

“ The main reason behind this label is to promote our sound and push up and coming artists. Our releases so far have been receiving excellent feedback and hopefully this will continue.” Aly & Fila said.

Two more quality releases made their way to the mainstream with Philippe El Sisi’s Humble/Story of my Life EP and Mark Andrez’s & Den Rizes Distance/Flames EP, getting support from Armin Van Buuren, Above & Beyond and Paul Van Dyk among others.

The future is looking bright for FSOE Recordings as more scheduled releases are on the horizon. Aly & Fila’s Khepera, Neptune Project’s Aztec, Brave’s The Healer and Akesson’s Without You/Flavour Park EP are all scheduled for release dates within the coming couple of months, with even more big names joining the emerging label. Sean Tyas is one of the big name signings with a release scheduled by the end of October with remixes from Mike Push and Sied Van Riel.

The future is looking real bright for FSOE Recordings and its band of talented artists. Here’s one trance label to look out for in the coming years.
