hey sup?
just wonderin - i dont know what to do - i cant sleep nor eat. i havent slept properly in the past few weeks - to be honest since last year but thats different. recently i cant sleep - been up all nite then only get 1 hour sleep
i also cant eat anythin - or dunno what to eat
what should i do? whats the best thing to do?
the only thing that really helps me to sleep at night for real - is some trance tunes - especially Jezpers new demo track named tallrot
help me fellow members!

dude u gotta go see a doctor. i had this problem a few years ago, i was never really awake, but i couldnt sleep. it was terrible.
the doctor gave me all kinds of medications, like starnoc and ambien, but they just made me high when i took em and still couldnt sleep.
i dunno what got me sleeping again, but it was great! maybe they have better medications now.
one thing that often knocks me out is those alca-seltzer tablets you put in water. they have a sedative in em. or benadryl(old school antihistamine) does wonders putting me to sleep.
i find once you get back into a normal sleeping pattern, it will be better:smile:

Go out and get fresh air before you sleep. Run for like 30 mins, then you will be too tired to do anything but sleep especially if its late at night.

Sitting in front of a 80hz screen for a day is a different type of tired than excercising.

well I go to the gym 5 days / week and run on the evening. like 10 kilometer every day.
