im looking for a soft female voice to whisper the title of our mixes... "let there be trance".
preferably an american girl, or anyone who can speak perfect english.

| I'm interested in how this is done. I need a voiceover but I'm not sure what knd of effects to use on the vocal. Anyone have tips on that? |

I did a little research and found this website, Im gonna try one out. Its only 9 dollars for a 15 second drop. The best way to listen to the samples on the website is with a tune running in the background so you can get a feel of how its going to sound. They only have a male voice over that I can tell of but it sounds professional.
