Hey guys!

Just curious as to what your personal favourite DJ headphones are happy I know the HD-25's have long had that great reputation, but I'm curious in what others are around at the moment.

Additionally, any idea what Armin uses at the moment too?

Cheers!

I think Armin uses Stanton but I could be wrong. I wouldn't change my Sonys for the world though.

Armin uses Technics RPDH 1200, they are great, but a little bit to bass heavy and not very comfortable when mixing longer sets. As for stanton, that's what TiŽsto uses.

My preference is the HDJ 2000. They are extremely comfortable and has a very nice sound thumbsup

Armin uses all three...and so does Tiesto lol

But I know where youre going with this and it mostly depends on what your using them for happy Whether its the studio, or in a club, or outside......or a pair that can handle all three.

So if youre out to get new headphones try and base youre decision on those couple variables ^_^

i had the sony 700`s, allen & heath xd 52`s and now i have sennheiser hd 25. The last mentioned is definatly the best ones i tried so far. amazing isolation and sound quality.

I actually use Sony MDR-7506s...

Studio Monitor Headphones though, i only use them for at home use and they work real good, lets me multi-task between producing and DJing. Gonna upgrade soon though.

I'm using the Stanton 3000 pro, just like Italian deejay/producer Amex and I like it very much.
Both the feel and the sound of it and although some told me, they breakdown fast, I already use it well over a year now, and no problems at all.

No worries! I got a pair of Ultrasone's DJ1's, had them for about 7 months now. Wouldn't change for anything. wink
