Hey there,
My friend have a problem. He forgot his password. He tryed to get his password with this password reconstruction (reinstatement) function. But he cant recieve this notification email for some reason (main reason is his hoster). Maybe somebody can give me site admin email to solve this problem?
PLZ HELP!

Had a discussion with InvisibleSounds and i'm sad to say that we cannot send passwords manually. It's an automated process where fails at said users hoster. The solution is to talk to this users hoster, as they're somehow disallowing mails from [email protected].
Even though the solution is to interface the hoster in this case, we'll do an exception and solve it trough authentication of this user. |
