first track
hmm.. 1,5 minutes of boringness. Too heavy sidechaining. This is not pumping anymore, this is more like stuttering.
Oh that was it? That synth thingy was the main theme? I skipped it, *rewinds* Is there a bassline in there at all btw? Can't judge very well with earplugs. Also no percussion sounds.

second track
This has been so overused in 2009, a few try in 2010, now in October, please use something else. Lol. I also think that the melody the synth plays isn't interesting enough.

Keep on trying though cheers

I love the first tracks, very nice melody.
The second one is not really my taste, however...
Good job anyway!

just don't think the tracks have enough groove and energy.

You want to learn how to master? It seems you have so I'll leave you my comments on the masters:

Nineteenth Autmn: What are you using for a limiter on the master? It sounds quite horrendous, as if it's clipping. The average level is also far too low because your kick is too loud in volume in the mix - go back and fix that first. The break is lovely, just centre the bass frequencies on the synth at 1:45 to mono as you have some antiphase going on. And don't master so loud; it just ruins the track.

Luminary: More clipping? Don't ever push the signal into the red. Again, centre the bass frequencies on the bass synth to mono. For the rest I'm not even going to bother because it sounds terrible. Lower the master fader right down and try again. It seems you would need to focus on mixing first before you attempt to master anything.

Personally, I thought both were extremely well mixed. Tons of clarity. If there was any criticism. I think it's that the tracks lack energy. They are just really nice and spacy feeling. Just add more groove to it. Other than that. You have a really nice sound there.
