well atleast it's free happy

What do you do to the mixes if I may ask? The tracks are already pretty compressed, so I would imagine too much limiting will make them sound messy as hell.

I use radiocompressors / manual limitering in my mixes, but I do it, so people wouldn't rip the songs, not because it would sound better happy

Granted they could be better, but thats why the services are free at the mo so i can get practice in. i didnt use any compression, i used a maximizer which only worked when a mix was present otherwise it didnt push the signal down. i also added a tiny amount of harmonic excitation to the top end. and with the EQ, on this one i added just 1 dB to the 80 Hz region and cut below 35 Hz.

and i used Ozone for to process it.

I think you misunderstood, what I meant was that I don't think there's really much point of mastering mixes. Since the tracks are already mastered to sound the best possible (and sometimes even too much compressed already), any additional maximizing will only make them sound worse.

I would say the only reason to do it, is if your levels between different tracks are way off and limiting might balance them a bit. Or like I said earlier, make the tracks sound different on purpose so people dont' rip them and still want to buy them.

But yeah this got way out of hand, it's great that someone is offering something for free that someone might need. You may wanna try out mastering individual tracks though (think there's more demand)
