Tiesto has pretty much ruined my life. So here are some of the Tiesto tunes that have influenced me.
Traffic-Tiesto 
A classmate in high school showed me this one. I personally didn't like it that much, but it was facinating and hypnotizing enough to get me interested in EDM.
In My Memory-DJ Tiesto 
The first tune I picked up after looking into Tiesto. I thought it was so beautiful the first time I heard it.
Adagio for Strings-Tiesto 
This is the song that sucked me in. Having played classical music all through highschool. This song opened my mind to a new world full of drugs, alcohol, flashing lights, repetitive bass, bad grades and hot women. 
Suburban Train-DJ Tiesto
I just thought this song was AMAZING! Not as music, but in its creativity. The song makes me feel like I'm in a train when I'm listening to it + it has my favorite anthem and buildup of all time(I still think its amazing). I give Ronald van Gelderen, Tijs, Hans and Dennis a  every time I hear it!
Sweet Things-Tiesto 
Party Anthem with a friend of mine. After I realized it was actually by BT, I realized how boring the music is and the fact that I never paid attention to it. But the vocals are great and give it replay value.
Trance and EDM songs that have influenced my life:
Imagine-Armin van Buuren
The intro took me back to my classical roots. I love the transition from the intro into the song and the atmospheric guitar.
LOVE FROM ABOVE!-Paul van Dyk 
This is my favorite track EVER! Love from above got me into Classic Trance (aka Trance) and has inspired me to imagine something as simple as sunrise to the concept of God or lack of one.
Computer Love-Techmaster P.E.B.
This Miamibass tune blew my door speakers and made me upgrade.
Mistress-DJ Baby Anne
This song turns me on and cemented my new interest in breakbeat.
IV Allegro From Symphony #5 in C Minor-Ludwig van Beethoven
This song is my prep song before trying out 2 years ago. I've listened to this song since I was like 4. |

Really brought me into the world of trance. Made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up first time i heard it.
Viridian-Sunhump (Richard Durand 2006 mix)
Ultimate summer tune, gets me going every time
Nenes & Pascal Feliz - Platinum
Heard this live @ Tiesto in Dublin and haven't looked back since. The techy build up and explosion of sound. Remains my favourite track since that day.
Sean Tyas - Lift
Really driving, uplifting track.This one kept me a trance addict |

im assuming by the lists this stuff is edm only
1. Daft Punk - Da Funk - heard this in 7th grade (1998) for the first time, one of my friends older brothers was playing it in the car and the whole song was the bomb, still fav daft punk song and still sounds ill today
2. Aphex Twins - Girl/Boy Song - Heard this the same time first ever dnb type music i heard and the melody with the fast paced drums was amazing
3. Orbital - The Box - again heard this around the same time...a few years after it was released, the opening and the whole vibe of the song i loved
4. Scoop - Wings Of Love - favorite melody on a track, to this day when i think of "rave" trance music this is what i think of
years later....
5. Tiesto - Suburban Train - the first of the non cookie cutter type of track that came out in a while and in all was and still is amazing |

First, a friend show me ''Mutherfucking Speedrave'' (Vol-1to6) from DjAone. (More upfront happy-hardcore)
Then, I started listening to Tiesto. I felt in love with the ''In search of sunrise Asia 7''
After, I discover this website and learn more about Armin Van Buuren. Now I listen religiously to his weekly radioshow (A State of Trance)
Learning more and more every day about trance, A State of Trance made me discover artist like : Cosmic Gate, Paul Van Dyk, Fokko Versloot...
Don't have a fifth ''changing my life'' event :P |

I have heard for the first time this track, when I was 5-6 years old... Then I yet didn't understand, what is it trance... In 12 years I again has listened to this composition... It was simply divine... Till now it is my most liked track...
