Hehe.
To be honest, I feel really bad about getting so loaded up before going on.
I did not perform very well and I apologize to everyone there who thought
I was just an idiot. It was the first time that I've ever been playing drunk,
and it will be the last time.
So no, Utrecht won't be anything like that, as I honestly feel bad about being such an idiot and not being able to play 110%.
I just hope people aren't too upset about it, I will put it behind me and look forward to bringing out my best in 2008 instead!
Thanks, I just felt that I needed to spill my heart a bit in between all the laughter and stuff heh.

Most ppl were like wft But the choons were good at least! I think the "I am number one, this is the future!" speech at the end of your (Carl B's) set was a bit much though |

OMG those pics are classic!
The only tracks I remember from Carl B's set are:
Maor Levi - Reflekt (ahhhh)
JOC - Big Sky (Agnelli & Nelson Remix)
Doppler Effect - Beauty Hides In The Deep (JOC Remix)
Oceanlab - Satellite
|
Was it you who came up with that CD asking me to play it?
Joni told me you said he apparently had a long deep talk
Some other tracks I played:
Diary of Jane
Social Suicide
Life Can Wait |

My friend really likes Satellite, he made me do it! Oh yeah I remember Diary Of Jane, we really wanted to hear that! Apart from the mixing it was a perfect set!
They were more like drunken chats tbh |

While I pick through the wreckage of last night, one truth stands clear in my mind – Joni Ljungqvist is a nutter! The same goes for his mate Carl B, who was ‘trying’ to DJ around him which surmounted to one of the biggest train wreck debuts in Turnmills history. Granted they played some decent trance tunage but boy couldn’t they mix. Top moments. Joni dancing like a man posessesed. Joni refusing to come off for the next DJ (even though it had been Carl’s set). Joni irritating said DJ by pulling the plug causing the poor guy three attempts to start his set (plus he was Armin van Buuren!). Joni MCing. Joni being carried out kicking and screaming by security (unconfirmed reports).
Seriously though you guys both rock and we hope to welcome you back soon! You certainly made your mark on one of London’s most histrionic venues. We salute you!

Hmm, Armin wasn't there. According to Armin. Is this all fake? |

The Armin bit was a joke, as was the being dragged out by security. The rest is sadly very, very true. |
