What is your view on it?
Read right now someone from the FDA resigned because they still dont know if it should be over the counter?
I'm not sure what it is like in your country... but here in Canada you just go to the pharmacy or if your younger then 18, you go see your school nurse for it, thats here in Quebec.
For me it be better if they get it over the counter... true people will say the younger ones should learn the hard way and not use it as an easy way out and what not.
They still have a right to get this drug to help them out.
I'm trying not to bash the Americans but the FDA, are screwing over many americans because of this and they keep talkign about so many teenage girls getting pregnant and what are they doing, not letting them use a drug that can help them reduce it.

In Sweden you get them for free until you've turned 23. After you’ve turned 23 you have to get them at the pharmacy without any prescription. The price ranges between 21-26USD..

In the UK you can get it in a pharmacy or with the nurse in your GP practice. It costs about 20 GBP. A small price to pay considering what the consequences of not taking it can be.
Personally, I think it's good that is widely avaliable, because accidents do happen. BUT it's always better to think beforehand and be prepared. |

I`m agree that it`s a good option to have for emergencies, but sadly I think it will get misused by girls who may not want to use a regular birth control, or are perhaps too young and their parents don`t think they should be on a birth control. |

^I always use condoms ALWAYS. i dont fucking care what the reason is. and they are so fun. When I get married, i'll say au revoir condoms and enjoy my wife.

took the morning after pill once, before iwas on the pill, when the condom broke.
let me tell you people, it's a BITCH to take, i was sick for the next two days.
you can buy them at my university, i don't know for how much (boyfriend picked it up for me) |

However, married men should still use condoms imo. Why is it that women always have to be the ones carrying all the birth control responsibility?
I think it's such a nice and romantic gesture when men give their wives a break from taking hormones all the time  |

I think its good that you have a plan b thing.. but No, its not good if you think you can just have sex without condom or pill because "oh well, we allways have the day after pill"..
But as effie said, does who are unlucky with the condom, should have a right to get those pills..
I stick to p pills.. cause condom is the biggest shit ever.. |
